Hi! I'm Exterra, a 23 year old artist from the US! I like to draw all things spooky, weird, and sexy, but I am mostly a character artist! I love to design characters and make up stories.

✮ DOS: Humans, Non-Humans, furries, custom designs, NSFW (including fetish/kink, so long as I deem it appropriate,) gore, legal substance use, OCs in a fandom.
✮ DON’TS: any depictions of extreme violence or hateful activities/symbols, illegal/highly taboo NSFW, complicated machinery, fanart, depictions of death, depictions of minors in a violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate manner.

Terms of Service:

I love to create art for people! In order to do so safely as an artist, and as a client, we have to have some rules in place. By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following, even if you have not read them. _{These rules are at the discretion of the artist and may be changed at any point.}

1. General Info:

✮ I only accept commissions from individuals 18 and up. SFW commissions included.
✮ I do not take commercial use commissions at all. You do not have my permission to use my art for your profit in any way.
✮ I don’t take private commissions. If you wish to remain anonymous, I can do that for you.
✮ I don’t do deadlines.
✮ You must have at least one (1) visual reference! I struggle to work with descriptions only, so even some added face claims or body claims will do wonders for me when it comes to correctly interpreting your character!
✮ Please be kind, respectful, and patient. I will always treat you this way, I ask for the same treatment back.

2. Payment:

✮ Currently, I only take Cash App as payment. (USD only)
✮ Full payment is required upfront. I’m willing to do a concept sketch as a show of good faith, but that’s all the work I can do for free.
✮ All prices are for one (1) character and are subject to change at the artist’s discretion.
✮ Additional charges may occur if you: ask for major design changes to finished pieces or ask me to redraw the sketch phase more than 5x.

3. Artist’s Process:

_{Timeline: send request ▸ enter queue ▸ messy concept sketch ▸ payment ▸ “sketch phase” ▸ any revisions ▸ finished piece}✮ Fully rendered paintings can take up to one (1) month to comeplete. It’s unlikely it actually takes this long, but life happens!
✮ All commissions are done on a canvas larger than 3000x3000px to make sure drawings stay sharp!
✮ The “sketch phase” is your only chance to change composition, expression, pose, or clothing.
✮ I am willing to do a few minor changes to finished pieces.
✮ Don’t be afraid to reach out if you’re curious about progress! However, you are not allowed to ask for changes after it passes “sketch phase.”

4. Delivery:

✮ There are a few different ways i can deliver your drawing; through a messaging platform (Insta, FB, Discord, etc.) or I can send you a download link via email/chats (using google drive.)
✮ I do not store commissions longer than a month, so please let me know when you’ve received the art.
✮ It is your responsibility to download and store your artwork. I take no responsibility for the possible loss of the artwork.

5. Usage:

✮ You can: use the artwork personally for icons or profiles on social medias, post the artwork to OC hosting platforms like ToyHouse or ArtFight, make prints/merchandise of the artwork for personal use, use it to promote yourself/your social media, and claim your design and your character, just not my artwork! Credit to the artist is always required.
✮ You cannot: use my art for any form of AI training or generation, use my art as an nft, on merchandise being sold, in advertisements, or any media that generates a direct profit for the commissioner, or make major adjustments to the finished artwork (cropping heavily, marking up, tracing, or otherwise making my artwork unrecognizable.)
✮ I, the artist, can use the artwork, and any preparation materials used in making the commissioned artwork, for the following: to promote myself and my work across any/all of my social medias, to repurpose preparatory sketches for other works in the future and to display in portfolios as an example of my commission work. If you wish to remain anonymous when I’m posting, just let me know!

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Rule Breakage

✮ No Refunds after payment unless I have cancelled your commission.
✮ If you need to cancel, please let me know before you have made your payment.
✮ If you cancel your commission after payment is made, you will still pay for any art received until that point.
✮ Ghosting is not tolerated or appreciated. No refunds if paid.
✮ I reserve the right to cancel, refund, or otherwise stop working on a commission for any reason, or lack there of, at anytime.
✮ Any breakage of the rules on behalf of the client will result in immediate black listing.

Commission Types:

Art Style #1My regular art style! Available in sketch, lineart, rendered, or rendered illustration form. All prices include one (1) character, additional characters are +50% of the selected commission style. No limit on added characters, as long as it is within reason! Must provide background references, or have at least an idea for one, for illustration pieces.
_{Rendered illustrations cost the same as basic rendered paintings because I need more practice with backgrounds! Will it be perfect? No…but at least I won’t charge you extra for it! <3}

Art Style #2:What I call my “doll” style! They’re basically just chibis with long legs and arms. “Doll” commissions are only available in full body. All prices include one (1) character, additional characters can be added for +50% of the selected commission type. No character limit (within reason.) Must provide background details/references for illustrations.
